More about me

You do not need to be ‘good’ at art to do creative therapy

Creative therapy offers a unique path to unlocking - and working through -  feelings in a safe and supported way. Soothing and freeing at the same time, it can provide a truly individual and empowering route to healing.

I offer talking as well as creative therapy to adults. Being creative is just another way of expressing yourself and working through your concerns.

Sessions tend to be a mix of talking and creating, but it is up to you how you use each session. If you do something creatively, we usually explore your work together.

I am also trained to work with:

  • Poetry

  • Music

  • Bodywork

  • Drama

Art materials in my practice include:

  • Paint

  • Clay

  • Collage

  • Sandtray

  • Anything you’d like to bring
