Would you like emotional support - but find that talking is not always easy?
I offer a warm, safe and collaborative space in Acton, West London where you can explore your concerns through talking and/or the use of art materials. By opening new, creative ways of connecting to yourself, you can discover, express, and work through difficulties and pain at your own pace.
I have experience treating a wide range of issues, including:
Depression - Anxiety - Anger - Stress - Relationships - Feeling stuck - Lack of confidence - Bereavement - Trauma - Racial trauma - Mental impact of (peri)menopause.
You do not need to be ‘good’ at art to do creative therapy
Creative therapy offers a unique path to unlocking - and working through - feelings in a safe and supported way. Soothing and freeing at the same time, it can provide a truly individual and empowering route to healing.
I offer talking as well as creative therapy to adults. Being creative is just another way of expressing yourself and working through your concerns.
Sessions tend to be a mix of talking and creating, but it is up to you how you use each session. If you do something creatively, we usually explore your work together.
I am also trained to work with:
Poetry
Music
Bodywork
Drama
Art materials in my practice include:
Paint
Clay
Collage
Sandtray
